Dave is missed, not only by us, but also by his many, often loyal customers. This is what happened: in July 2023, Dave Desjardijn had an accident with his bicycle. After a period in the OLVG, he now faces a long rehabilitation. The chance that Dave will return to the Noordermarkt is extremely small. We maintain contact with Dave through his daughter. According to his daughter, they are still waiting for a so-called indication. As soon as the indication has been received, registration in a nursing home can take place. We wish Dave and his daughter strength in their rehabilitation.

Dave Desjardijn (1939) painted, made etchings, lithographs, woodcuts, collected prints and drawings by other artists. He has published about 25 books about his own work and published also prints of his collection. On the Noordermarkt on Saturday he sells his own work and the work of others and he often gives a book away as a gift. Take advantage !
