The Noordermarkt is an annual outdoor market, which is held weekly on Saturday and Monday morning. In case of rain and strong wind, the goods may get wet or fall apart. At wind force 6/7, the stalls may also blow over, making it irresponsible to set up the stalls. Due to climate change, it is more common for it to rain heavily and/or for the wind to be almost stormy. The safety of the stall setters, the market traders, but also the visitors to the market is then our first priority. In that case, the market will be cancelled.
